Every Pakistan Player

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual personal account registered by a Player on the ww365 platform at ww365.pro.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's ww365 Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any bonus credits separately identified.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload bonus, tournament prize, or other non-cash incentive made available to a Player by ww365 under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures required by ww365 before processing withdrawals, including submission of a valid Pakistan CNIC.
• "Platform" means the ww365 website at ww365.pro and all associated services, games, betting products, and tools accessible through it.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the base currency of all ww365 Account balances and transactions.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on ww365 and is using or has used the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn from a ww365 Account.

2.1 To use the ww365 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, Pakistan mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password. You are required to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your Account.

2.2 ww365 permits one Account per person, per household, per shared device, and per shared IP address. The creation of more than one Account by any individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts associated with that individual, along with forfeiture of all balances held therein.

2.3 ww365 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access, operate, or benefit from your ww365 Account. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any interest in it to any third party.

2.4 By registering an Account, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, that all funds deposited are from legitimate personal sources, and that you are not using ww365 for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.

3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use any product or service on ww365. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions. Access to ww365 by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

3.2 By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. ww365 conducts mandatory KYC verification for all Pakistan Accounts before processing any withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a clear, legible, and valid Pakistan Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC).

3.3 ww365 may request additional identity verification documents at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to cases of unusual activity, large withdrawal requests, or suspected fraudulent use. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days of request will result in withdrawal suspension until compliance is achieved.

3.4 Where ww365 determines, following KYC review, that a Player was under 18 at the time of registration or made deposits while under 18, the Account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be refunded where practicable, and all winnings and bonus-derived balances will be forfeited in full.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ww365 Account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent ww365 in any capacity. Genuine ww365 support staff will never request your Account password.

4.2 You agree to notify ww365 support immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of your Account security. ww365 will take appropriate action upon receiving a verified security notification, including temporarily locking the Account pending investigation.

4.3 ww365 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, including losses arising from your voluntary disclosure of credentials to third parties, use of a compromised password, or failure to enable two-factor authentication where it is available.

4.4 ww365 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, using a unique password of at least 12 characters, and logging out of your Account on any device that is not personally owned by you. The ww365 Account security settings panel provides direct access to all security management tools.

5.1 ww365 accepts deposits in PKR via the following Pakistan payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency (converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of credit). ww365 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

5.2 The minimum deposit on ww365 is 500 PKR. There is no published maximum deposit limit, though ww365 may apply enhanced due diligence to deposits above certain thresholds in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

5.3 All deposits on ww365 are subject to verification. ww365 reserves the right to hold, delay, or reverse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or where the payment source cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.

5.4 You confirm that all funds deposited into your ww365 Account are derived from legitimate personal sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your ww365 gaming activity under applicable law in Pakistan.

6.1 Withdrawals from ww365 are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. Where a direct reversal is not possible due to payment method constraints, ww365 will determine an appropriate alternative withdrawal route at its discretion.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal on ww365 is 1,000 PKR. ww365 targets the following settlement timelines for verified Pakistan Accounts: Easypaisa — within 30 minutes; JazzCash — within 30 minutes; Raast interbank transfer — within 15–60 minutes; HBL, UBL, and MCB bank transfers — same business day; SadaPay — within 30 minutes; USDT TRC20 — within 15–30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation times.

6.3 All withdrawal requests on ww365 are subject to the following conditions: the Account must have completed full KYC verification; the Account must have no outstanding bonus wagering requirements on the balance being withdrawn; the withdrawal amount must not exceed verified deposit history where withdrawal limits apply; and the Account must be in good standing with no active fraud or Terms investigation.

6.4 ww365 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above 500,000 PKR in a single transaction or 2,000,000 PKR within any 30-day period.

7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers on ww365 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, and expiry deadlines. These terms are published in full on the relevant ww365 promotion page at the time the promotion is live. By accepting any bonus on ww365, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

7.2 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming activity, hedging bonus bets across accounts, or using automated tools to meet wagering requirements — constitutes a serious Terms violation. ww365 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings, and permanently close any Account involved in bonus abuse.

7.3 Bonus balances on ww365 are separate from real-money balances and are displayed separately in your Account wallet. Real-money balance is used before bonus balance in most game situations unless a bonus activation is explicitly initiated. The order of balance usage may vary depending on the specific bonus type and is detailed in the applicable promotion terms.

7.4 ww365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Promotions already accepted and in active wagering at the time of withdrawal will continue under the original terms unless fraud or abuse is suspected.

8.1 All bets and gaming rounds placed on ww365 are final once confirmed by the platform. ww365 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or alter bets that have been confirmed by the system, except in cases where a demonstrable system error has occurred on the ww365 platform that resulted in an incorrect bet placement.

8.2 In the event of a palpable error in published odds — including but not limited to obviously incorrect decimal odds, inverted favourites, or odds resulting from a system malfunction — ww365 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. No compensation beyond stake refund is payable in such circumstances.

8.3 Live dealer casino games on ww365 are subject to the rules of the specific game provider hosting the table. Where a technical disconnection occurs during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined based on the game provider's internal records, which are final and binding on ww365 Players.

8.4 Jackpot slot game outcomes on ww365 are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems operated by the applicable game studio. Jackpot values are determined at the point of triggering and are not subject to post-trigger modification. ww365 pays all confirmed jackpot wins in full in PKR at the prevailing conversion rate applicable at the time of confirmation.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on ww365 and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one ww365 Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit promotions, or gain an unfair advantage on the ww365 platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, tournament results, or live betting markets accessible through ww365.
• Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals for deposits that have already been wagered or withdrawn as winnings from ww365.
• Using ww365 for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with ww365 support.
• Attempting to access the ww365 platform through circumvention technology or misrepresentation of geographic location for the purpose of bypassing platform access restrictions.

10.1 ww365 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. ww365 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible through the Account settings panel: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); session time reminders; cool-off periods (temporary self-exclusion from 24 hours to 30 days); and permanent self-exclusion.

10.2 Players who wish to set a responsible gaming limit may do so at any time through their ww365 Account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before becoming active on ww365.

10.3 Players who elect permanent self-exclusion from ww365 will have their Account closed and access permanently blocked. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method following the standard KYC process.

10.4 ww365 encourages any Player who believes their gambling is causing financial or personal harm to utilise the self-exclusion tools available in their Account settings or to contact the ww365 support team directly for assistance. The ww365 Responsible Gaming page at /responsible-gaming provides detailed guidance on all available tools and external support resources.

11.1 ww365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ww365 reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or presents a risk to the integrity of the ww365 platform or to the safety of other Players.

11.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the investigation is resolved. ww365 will endeavour to complete standard investigations within 14 business days.

11.3 Players may voluntarily close their ww365 Account at any time by contacting ww365 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.

11.4 Where an Account is permanently closed due to confirmed fraud, Terms violation, or prohibited conduct, ww365 reserves the right to withhold the entire Account balance as partial compensation for losses caused to the platform. ww365 will provide written notification of this action to the Player's registered contact details.

12.1 ww365 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ww365 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, ww365 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any losses caused by temporary platform unavailability, technical faults, server maintenance, or events beyond ww365's reasonable control.

12.2 ww365's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their ww365 Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 ww365 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with the use of the ww365 platform.

13.1 All content on the ww365 platform — including but not limited to the ww365 brand name, logo, website design, written content, game interfaces, tournament structures, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ww365 or its licensed game providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the ww365 platform for your own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works based on any ww365 content without express written permission from ww365.

14.1 ww365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via notice on the ww365 website, by email to the registered account email address, or by SMS notification to the registered Pakistan mobile number, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the ww365 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using ww365 and may close your Account by contacting ww365 support.

14.3 The current effective version of these Terms is always available at ww365.pro/terms-and-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether of a contractual, tortious, or other nature — shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ww365 is licensed and operated.

15.2 In the event of a dispute between ww365 and a registered Player, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through ww365's internal dispute resolution process. Players may raise a formal complaint with ww365 by contacting ww365 support in writing via the official support channel on ww365.pro. ww365 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive resolution response within 14 business days.

15.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
